some of the things you might find are:

telaride ores: used for crafting in a recipe for the end portal frames, and a new pickaxe. (no armor, and no other tools. JUST a pickaxe. i know how to do other tools and armour, but i'm making an exile of CHOICE- and deciding only pickaxes can be telaridden!!)
melodypine and chorusbark trees: the ends wood-type that works in any way. i THINK. i dunno. i haven't fully checked just yet.
melody flowers. like how chorus flowers are a thing, and there's a melodypine and chorusbark? y'know? ruff patches: a stone type in the end that works like blackstone.
ice clouds which have: ice blocks, snow blocks, and pumpkins that are just in the air now. originally i wanted to make an obstacle to teach the player to be careful with an elytra, but i made it... uh... colder, i guess, now it's lower and less dangerous and cooler but not as cool
(those clouds have been in the game for so long. but i've deleted them in favor of finalight crystals </3)
octave lawns and chorus corase chorus nylium. my two favorite things in the top three.
new snow golems that ACTUALLY fight and cause dmg to SOME mobs!
eye of land: a living plant with one big eye that greets the player. that's all.
and finalit, finalight. it sounds silly when you place it, and it is a light block. my one favorite in the top three.
(there are more things but i could NOT be bothered to type everything. find out yourself <3)
soul shrooms: they spawn in soul soil patches in the end and SOMETIMES in the nether randomly. you can't eat them, or put them in a pot, and grow them... they're just there because my partner told me to do something that makes me feel okay as i was having a little breakdown about something personal. so in honor of that: i'm keeping them in the mod, and never removing them.

keep in mind that i am awesome and have never ever EVER coded anything before, so... this is bound to have some features that make you think "huh. that's odd. i'll let it slide because mysu is awesome and has never ever EVER coded anything before, so..."
