Changes:

~ Fixed long-standing incompatibility with mods that feature paxels
~ Tweaked spawning of meteor feature to make it less annoying
~ Changed Moonstone, the natural spawning block will fit better into the world, and needs to be "cured" to be turned into it's original shinyness.
~ Victorian Wallpapers have seen a texture rework, they should now be more unique.
~ The Damaged Labrat Panels have also seen a texture rework.
~ Ventilation Shafts have also seen a texture rework.
~ Corrugated Wrought Iron has also seen a texture rework.
