- Added a vanilla recipe for the Colourful Wand

- Gave the Colourful Wand a durability.
- Added a vanilla recipe for Ghost Dust (80% transparency)
- Added recipes for the 16 vanilla dye colours.
- Removed dependency on Bookshelf
- Added whole load of new achievements.
- Rainbow Dust now spawns in dungeon chests, the bonus chest, desert pyramid chests, stronghold library chests, and jungle pyramid dispensers.
- Added configuration option to control where rainbow dust can spawn, and how frequently.
- Added configuration options for all of the crafting recipes.
- Fixed a critical bug with the existing configuration file.
- Fixed a bug preventing colors and transparency from merging.
