Copper pressure plates now oxidize!

Copper pressure plate only detects dropped items and now higher levels of oxidization act like weighted pressure plates for items, so from unoxidized to oxidized its 1 - 15 - 75 - 150 items

Note: since the same items stack into a singular entity this either only detects stacks of 64 or different items.
