Rework

• no skip weather:
  • Now comes with additional mode that also keep thunder weather, but disabled ability to sleep in thunnder weather.

Technical changes

• Switch config handler to midnightlib, now you can access mod's config via ModMenu, file edit still work.
• Change config file's name to: diversity.json
