  • Added a beneficial parameter to EquipmentModifier.Rarity, allowing for filtering by that.
  • added addModifierAsIs for putting modifiers back onto gear without trying to play with the heirarchy.
  • made the modifiers toll public so other mods can hook into random rolling properly.
