Adds commands:

  • effect
  • experience add/xp add
  • experience set/xp set

Adds selector arguments: distance, level, name

Fixes bugs:

  • gamemode selector overwrites previous gamemode selectors
  • Rotations with relatives angles cause an exception at runtime (affects execute rotated <rotation> only)
