Remote Player Waypoints for Xaero's Map

features:

• add player icons (via xaero's map entity radar)
• add an option to show the player icons in front of the waypoints
• add friend-list features:
  • option to only show waypoints / icons of friends
  • option to overwrite waypoints / icons min and max distances of friends
  • option to overwrite waypoint color of friends
• improve the config screen
