Added:

 - Living Entity - Jump | Makes a living entity jump

Fixed:

 - replace gson with json
 - fix pattern for ExprPermissionName.java
 - fix server not working if disky is installed
 - Fix 'method exists' in EffChatCompletions
 - Removed Tickmanager elements (skbee has it)
