improved readability for several redstone components
- many now have redstone parts that indicate their powered state:
  - dispensers
  - droppers
  - note blocks
  - jukeboxes
  - redstone lamps
  - hoppers (funnels also shorten when powered)
- dispensers, droppers, and observers change facial expressions based on powered state
- the inner top part of shriekers spins faster when shrieking
- jukeboxes pulse like speakers when playing music
added light emission fields to a few block items so they appear less weird when held or dropped
