Updated to Minecraft 1.21
Datapack now works on the latest version of Minecraft
Added custom name and improved drop chance of Gem Zombie Head
It now has a proper item name and will also drop slightly more frequently
Decreased chance for Gem Zombie to spawn
Lowered from 14% to 11%
Updated Effect Gem name colors
The name colors of the Effect Gems are now special hex code colors
Increased effect duration for all Effect Gems
Slight buff Mainly to remove the flashing effect that occured with night vision
Fixed stacked gems not granted effects bug
When the player had more than 1 gem in their offhand, the effect wouldn't be granted
