Fishing Crates

1. "Fishing Crates is locked!" for locked crates is now "Fishing Crate is locked!"
2. The sound for every time a crate catches something is now categorized in "block" instead of "master"
3. The sound volume for every time a crate catches something is now slightly less loud
4. "say hi" is no longer run whenever water, bamboo trapdoors, or barrels are placed
