Added missing client check on Music Composer
Fixed a small issue with music composer's signaling

Fixed mistake of tape measure not changing grid size correctly
Improved Tape Measure NBT data. This update will break old tape measures. Rope structures can now be exported and imported into the world and will keep the rope connections. They can also be rotated and mirrored. Renaming and relocating class files.
Rope structures are closer to being finished. They can now be copied and pasted with a blueprint. However, they cannot be rotated and are still a little buggy.
The basic Programmable structure now works on the server. Music Composer structure can now be turned on and off.
Improved Music Composer Can change the tempo of imported MIDI songs Imports all the notes. It can only import songs that use a max of 18 layers. You can change the sound type while listening to the song in the GUI Fixed a null crash error when selecting the sound type.

Renamed Trigger box to Programmable. Adv Programmable structure doesn't work right now. Currently working on a full rewrite of its code. Some fixes to Programmable structure's events It runs on a server. I don't know how many structure types work on a server yet. Fixed Is signal condition. Fixed Is Door Tick Condition
A lot has changed. When you first join, a message will notify you that this mod is in Alpha and may be unstable in some aspects. It also includes a direct link to GitHub to report issues. Click on "Don't Show Again!" and that message will no longer pop up. Improvements to the code.
