Update to Minecraft 1.21

Fix issues with server noteblock sounds not playing after left click a noteblock

• Allow disabling/enabling the mod

• Add a keybind to disable/enable the mod

• Add a config screen (can be accessed using mod menu)

• Fix server sounds still playing sometimes
