Configurable Beacons

Updated to 1.21

• Added features:
  • Beacon effects duration
    • You can now modify the duration of the beacon effect
    • Each duration can be modified for a specific beacon level in the config
• Updated FileManager to use GlobalPos instead of BlockPos.
• Modified force load config description.

Updated to 1.20.5

• Fixed forceloader not working.
• Fixed (another) bug where forceloader would not work in Nether and End on some worlds.
• Fixed lag spikes.
• Multithreaded IO operations to further decrease lag on main tick.

Changed Forceloader to Tick beacons instead of forceloading the entire chunk. This will help performance and unwanted processing of other chunk actions.
