Hotfixed an incorrect config file name
Broadcast and Airdrop now can be used for online, offline or all players Added a config value to limit the number of pending outbound parcels a player can have
Added the ability to revoke accidental mails with /mail outbound Mails now use an ID based system instead of index based so click interaction is less janky.
Fixed an issue with sending parcels to invalid recipients.
