More Block Styles

Changes:

-Minor Changes to Creative inventory -Concrete Stairs and Slabs now have the same resistance and hardness value as Concrete -All Mosaic Blocks have the same resistance and hardness value as Planks -Path Blocks now have gravity -Concrete Stairs and Slabs can now be crafted using a StoneCutter -Path Blocks are now waterloggable

Texture:

-Updated Stone Path Texture to be less plain -Updated Brick Path Texture to be less plain and removed the brown parts -Updated Blackstone Path Texture to be less plain

Bugs:

-Fixed Blackstone Path not being placed directional -Fixed Mod Display Name -All Path blocks now have the correct Hardness and Resistance -Fixed Warped Mosaic Stairs name
