wildcards can be used in target arrays

fixed wildcard for biome mods

  • added world border colors
  • fixed CIM being overwritten by moels overrides such as the ones bow has. You can now change those as normal

fixed a CIM predicate matching conditon being inverted causing matching to not work in some cases
