Added a (slightly) animated wing model that renders on the player. Added a crown item (obtainable in creative from the palladium mods tab, will hopefully be a curio in the next update).

Adjusted some ability values
Added a DEBUFF that makes the player take damage from any form of water (including rain) when the player has the power
Added a horn model to the player and added a "skin change" ability so when the power is obtained the players skin changes but only visually.
