Changelog

Changed range parameter unit for the highlight command to chunks (was blocks)
Fixed being unable to locate features close to the player
Added missing 1.17 block mappings
Fixed being unable to execute vanilla's /clear command (and other conflicting commands)
Prevented crash when the config is incomplete
Allowed for custom color overlays (/seedmapper:config colors)
