Reforged (formerly Tiered)

Reforged is a fork and continuation of Tiered which Quality Tools inspired. Every tool, weapon, and armor piece you make will have a special modifier, which provides additional stat bonuses and abilities. This mod is available on Fabric, Forge, and NeoForge
