Trials Spawners & Vaults can now have custom loot tables.
Updated Wind Burst mechanics.
Updated how Trial Spawners detects it's own spawned mobs.
-Should fix a very rare server side crash.
-Should also fix minor issues, such as a Trial Spawner breaking because two of them were active at the same time.
Comparator now properly reads the Crafter.
The Crafter can now dispense crafted items into a container front of it.
If there is no container or empty space in the front, the Crafter will fail to craft.
Mace has 1.2 attack speed again because that is more fun.

-Note: Cannot be used as a Crafting Block but if given redstone signal, will attempt to craft an item. A redstone block below the Crafter will lock it, making hoppers & similar blocks only able to place items similar to the recipe that is locked & will not craft an item if it will break the recipe. When placing items, prioritizes lowest item count slots first, and if isn't locked, will prioritize empty slots afterwards.
