Tulip

• Minor fix to allow Tulip to run on all Minecraft versions.

• Changed the load() method to also save after loading config to ensure that properties are synced correctly

• Changed internal API methods load() and save() to loadUnsafe() and saveUnsafe()
• Added new load() and save() methods that handle file exceptions automatically
