Tweakeroo

• Edited the mixin config from the old release to make the mixins optional by default, to try to work around some incompatibilities with other mods. (Mixins failing to apply would mean some missing features ofc.)
• Additionally removed the TileEntityRendererDispatcher mixin entry entirely to solve another mod compatibility issue. This makes the tile entity render distance override tweak non-functional.
