messed up mixin compatibilityLevel, now my releases will be out of order :SadPag:
1.16-1.20 version didn't work for 1.20.4 for some reason. this jar is marked as compatible with 1.20.x just in case some other versions don't work as well. literally just changed changed the access modifiers of the randomTick shadows.
port to 1.20.5
