The Craftable Patch

Honestly, I forgot to include a few subtle mods that I originally planned to implement. Credits to Craftable Saddles and Craftable Bells-- both respective items can now be crafted in a Crafting Table!

(Minor, mostly-irrelevant config adjustments were made as well. Though honestly, I forget what they were, and they probably weren't that significant anyhow.)
